We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, register players, or make payments. This includes name, email address, phone number, and payment information processed securely by Stripe.
If you sign in with a social provider (Google), we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider to create and identify your account. We do not receive your social account password. Each provider's own privacy policy governs the data they share.
We use collected information to provide and improve LigaHQ league management services, process payments, send game notifications with your consent, and communicate about your account.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to SMS communications, LigaHQ may send you operational text messages about games, schedules, RSVP requests, team reminders, and league updates. Message frequency varies based on your league activity and may include multiple messages per week during active seasons. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can reply HELP for help or contact us using the information below. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using LigaHQ, and SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing or using our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers necessary to deliver the SMS messages you requested. We may share mobile numbers with messaging service providers, such as Twilio, only as needed to deliver the operational text messages you have requested or consented to receive.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, including Supabase, Stripe, and Twilio, and as required by law.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Row-level security is enforced at the database level.
LigaHQ is intended for use by adults. Accounts may not be created by children under 13, and accounts for players under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
For players under 18, we collect only the information needed to operate the league — such as name, date of birth (used to confirm age and apply youth protections), team, and game participation. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a minor than is reasonably necessary, and we do not sell or share minors' personal information for advertising.
When a league enables youth protection, or when a player is identified as under 18, that player's public profile, roster listings, leaderboards, and player cards display only a first name and last initial and omit nationality, to limit the public exposure of a minor's identity. A player's date of birth is never shown publicly.
A parent or legal guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information, or withdraw consent, at any time by contacting us at privacy@ligahq.pro. We will respond consistent with applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, where applicable, the data-protection rules governing children's data such as the GDPR.
