By accessing or using LigaHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
LigaHQ provides software-as-a-service tools for amateur soccer league management, including scheduling, registration, standings, and payment processing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account for yourself. Players under the age of 18 ("minors") may participate in a league only when a parent or legal guardian registers them or provides verifiable consent, and creates and manages the account on the minor's behalf. The registering parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the platform and for the accuracy of the information provided.
Leagues that operate youth divisions are responsible for obtaining any required parental consent and for complying with all laws applicable to collecting and displaying information about minors. By registering a minor, you confirm that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorized to provide consent on their behalf. To limit public exposure of a minor's identity, LigaHQ displays only a first name and last initial — and omits nationality — for players identified as minors on public pages, rosters, leaderboards, and player cards.
Registration fees and other payments are processed by Stripe. LigaHQ charges a platform fee on each transaction. Fees vary by subscription tier, may be capped per transaction at published limits, and are displayed before each payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
League administrators who collect payments through the platform must agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. LigaHQ acts as a platform facilitating payments between registrants and leagues.
You may not use LigaHQ for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
You may not use automated means — including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or headless browsers — to access, index, harvest, or bulk-download any part of the platform or its APIs, including the cosmetic rendering endpoints that generate team badges, player cards, and trophies, except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt or with our prior written consent.
All visual designs, generated graphics, and the systems that produce them (including badge, player-card, and trophy artwork) are the intellectual property of LigaHQ. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from them — whether manually or using automated or AI tools — except for your own personal, non-commercial display of cosmetics you have earned or purchased on the platform.
More broadly, the LigaHQ platform — including its software, source code, page and component logic, APIs, database schema, scheduling and matchmaking engines, algorithms, workflows, and the structure, selection, and arrangement of its features — is the proprietary intellectual property of LigaHQ and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the platform or its outputs, whether manually or using automated or AI tools, and you may not use the platform, its data, or its outputs to build, train, or improve a competing product or service. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by LigaHQ.
LigaHQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
By checking the SMS consent box, entering your mobile number, or otherwise opting in through a LigaHQ web form, profile setting, or related account workflow, you consent to receive recurring operational SMS messages from LigaHQ about games, schedules, RSVP requests, team reminders, and league updates. Message frequency varies based on your league activity. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing or using LigaHQ. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any LigaHQ text message. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
